Charlie 22 Outdoors was blessed last year to receive a two-year grant to hire two part-time employees. We are announcing that Daryl Cude has accepted the second position.
Daryl graduated Carthage High School in 1997. He served in the United States Army 1996-2005 and 2007-2014. He was medically retired. During his career, he had 2 tours in Iraq. 03-04. And 08-09.
Daryl is a member of the American Legion, DAV, VFW, and Elks Lodge. He is the VFW treasurer and Judge Advocate. He is a Board member of the VFW National Home and on the Veteran and Family Wellness Committee.
Daryl has 2 children. Addy (16) and Christian (5). In his words: “They are the best gifts God ever gave me.” Daryl attends Destiny Church and his relationship with God is the most important part of his life.
Daryl has been volunteering with Charlie 22 Outdoors since 2021. He says, “I look forward to giving back to a ministry that has saved my life.”
Daryl’s new responsibilities will include opening The Clubhouse (Charlie 22 Outdoors home office) on Tuesdays. 9 AM-2 PM. He will maintain and clean the facility. He will receive and make phone calls to those we serve. And he will help with the preparation and conducting of our event events.
